How it works
1. After your order is received, I will email you within 24 hours to collect the photos and details needed for the illustrations and get the process started!
2. A preliminary rough, black and white sketch will be emailed to you for approval before the finishing touches are completed and mailed to you. This listing includes 2 full rounds of revisions per sketch, if more is needed then it’s an additional $25 per round.
Shipping
It takes 1-3 weeks for me to ship out your illustration from the time you send the photos. Please note, this time frame is dependent on client responsiveness, not the time of the order.
If you are in a time crunch, please select a quicker USPS shipping option at checkout, as the default shipping is USPS First Class. Ships to USA and Canada ONLY. For all other shipping destinations, please place your order through Etsy.
Materials
All illustrations are hand drawn and printed on matte 4x6 inch (10.16 x 15.24 cm) paper. If you would like another size, this can be accommodated.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of custom pieces, SamiaLynn does not offer refunds at this time on custom work. We encourage potential clients to thoroughly look through the listing’s samples to get familiar with Samantha’s illustration style before placing an order.
